The Grammy-nominated soundtrack KPop Demon Hunters continues to make history—both in awards season and on the charts.
Golden, performed by the film’s virtual K-pop girl group HUNTRIX, has retained the top spot on the U.K. Official Singles Chart for a second consecutive week, marking its tenth week at No. 1 overall.
According to the latest chart released on Friday, Golden ranked No. 1 on the Official Singles Top 100 for the week of Nov. 7–13, extending its dominance after reclaiming the crown from Taylor Swift’s The Fate of Ophelia last week. Swift’s single slipped to No. 2.
The track, which first entered the chart at No. 93 in June, previously spent seven consecutive weeks at No. 1, making it the longest-running K-pop-related hit ever to top the British chart.
Two other songs from the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack also made strong showings — HUNTRIX’s How It’s Done placed at No. 11 and What It Sounds Like ranked at No. 13 — meaning three tracks from the animated film now sit within the U.K. Top 20.
Elsewhere on the chart, LE SSERAFIM’s latest single featuring j-hope of BTS re-entered at No. 77 for a second consecutive week, while BLACKPINK’s Rosé held strong at No. 85 with APT., her viral collaboration with Bruno Mars, now marking its 55th consecutive week on the chart.
At the same time, both KPop Demon Hunters and Rosé made Grammy history this week.
The film’s soundtrack earned five nominations, including Song of the Year for Golden, while Rosé’s APT. received three nods, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year — both in the Grammys’ prestigious General Fields.
It marks the first time ever that K-pop songs have been nominated in the Grammys’ top categories.
The 68th Annual Grammy Awards will take place on Feb. 1, 2026, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
