What to do with 5 Kilo radish?

Got 2 big radisches for 4 euros today at hanaro markt in Düsseldorf. Made 1.5 Kilo korean pickled radish (the stuff they always Server with fried chicken just bigger pieces) and 1 Kilo korean radish kimchi (gochugaru based). Anyone more ideas what to do with the rest and with the peel? I also planing on making some galbitang. My favorite soup but i have so much more
