What Korean dish took time for you to like?

I remember the first time I tried Kimchi Jjigae and I was honestly overwhelmed by the sourness and the funk of the aged kimchi. I thought I’d made a mistake, but after a few more tries at different spots, it’s now my ultimate comfort food when I’m stressed. It’s like my palate had to level up to actually appreciate the depth of the broth. I am now craving for it every single week
