I had Korean spicy beef soup called ‘Yukgaejang’. It has various ingredients in it including beef, leek, egg, enoki and glass noodles. The broth is very thick and seemingly spicy but actually not. Anyone craving this dish? submitted by /u/Street-Shine-8817 |
