Weekend Delivery Treat โ€” Ganjajang (Special Black Bean Noodles) & Sichuan Tangsuyuk Combo ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ–

Lately, Iโ€™ve been having a lot of cabbage salad, so today I was craving something a bit greasy.
I ordered a combo meal from a local Chinese restaurant through Coupang Eats โ€”
Ganjajang (๊ฐ„์งœ์žฅ) and Sichuan Tangsuyuk (์‚ฌ์ฒœํƒ•์ˆ˜์œก), a perfect match for a cozy evening.

๐Ÿœ Ganjajang โ€” Korean-style โ€œSpecialโ€ Black Bean Noodles
Unlike regular Jajangmyeon, which usually uses pre-made sauce, Ganjajang is cooked fresh when the order comes in.
The texture is a bit thicker and less saucy, but the flavor feels deeper, and the vegetables keep their crisp bite.
Itโ€™s less oily too, so it tastes cleaner and more balanced overall.

๐Ÿ– Sichuan Tangsuyuk โ€” Spicy-Sweet Fried Pork
This is the spicier version of the classic Korean sweet-and-sour pork.
The batter was light and crispy, and the sauce had a gentle kick that made it even more flavorful.
A few pieces were slightly chewy, but overall, it had a nice mix of crunch and heat โ€” perfect with noodles.

Simple, satisfying, and exactly what I needed after all that salad โ€”
a comforting Korean-Chinese combo that never disappoints.
