Our version of yangji ssal-guksu with wanja jorim as a side dish. Rice noodles in a broth from beef brisket and anchovy/kelp, egg drop, and shredded kimchi as a topper. Korean braised meatballs from home ground beef/pork mix, with buchu and green onion in the mix. Par boiled in anchovy broth then rolled in rice flour and quickly fried. Braising liquid (soy sauce/sesame oil/maesil-cheong/anchovy broth) added, simmered until coated with the sticky sauce.
