RANT INCOMING
For those who don’t know Stray Kids Han dropped a New Song today and while the song itself is amazing it feels like my frustration is reaching a limit.
A new article was released stating that the other members solo MVs will follow suit in the upcoming future.
But the most frustrating thing about all this is…. This is how I find out? After 1/8 of the songs is already out?
The reason fans even knew that a new song was coming out was because Han himself went live a couple of hours before the release to inform the fans that it’s coming.
And This is just one in list of many in the past few months.
Remember the song 3Racha produced for Modyessy? The official account didn’t even bother to post about.
The song Chan produced for his friend Yaochen? They posted it 7 hours after the official release only after fans were pressuring them. One of the only reason fans even knew about it was because Chan told them about it on bubble on time.
And most of all, Stray Kids got nominated for the AMAs and even after the fans begging their management they didn’t even bother to post about on their Instagram. Even though every other group that got nominated had it posted on their official accounts. It’s literally causing them to lose votes.
Plus, I don’t think I even need to mention the recent thing with the Fan membership Many people have been complaining about the questionable quality of the fan-kit as well.
Tablo recently talked about his collab with Stray Kids and how the management didn’t communicate properly with him. You hear this and wonder why Stray Kids don’t have as many collabs as their peers.
To twist the Knife further the collab had zero promotion and was released a year later after it was initially teased.
Today I was watching all the MVs from the 5-Star era and realized something, 6/9 tracks in the albums (9/12 if count JP releases and a Mixtape) have official MVs. But coming back to their next full album KARMA only has 4 MVs…. One of which is a street Mv that they shot by themselves..
…This might feel like a trivial complaint but to me it looks like company started to put less and less effort into them as went to become more successful than the other way around.
Seungmin has been limping through schedules since the end of November because of foot inflammation which got worse and turned into a Stress Fracture.
It been 6 months and he’s still attending pop-ups and stuff with a crutch. It’s literally not normal for it take long to heal unless he’s not getting proper rest. Knowing their history the company is probably overworking them again.
I’m aware that they’re adults capable of making their own decisions and therefore I don’t want to make a big fuss about it. But it’s doesn’t make it any less frustrating so hence this rant.
They already make all their music, the only thing the company needs to do it market them well but they can’t even do that…. What a joke.
I wish Div1 would stop wasting their energy by trying to cover up Han’s tattoos and instead put it to better work like sueing people for serious defamation of their artists.
The company can’t even seem handle the group so my expectations for their Solo career is low even though I’m confident they’ll eat with the music.
