Greetings from Luxembourg, I search for Buchu, Asian Chives, Allium tuberosum like the one Maangchi uses: In German it translates to “Schnittknoblauch” so I ordered this For those unfamilliar with Buchu , the difference to Scallions (Wiki doesnt have all varieties) is, they are softer, less onion taste, milder, a bit garlic like but not as Aromatic as Allium ursinum “Bärlauch”, they have a really nice crunch when you cut them.
