This Soon Tofu Stew Kit (sundubu-jjigae) is delicious. Is it authentic tasting, in your opinions?

Is there any standardized name for the “tofu sauce” itself – is this doenjang? How about the seafood flavored oil topping?

I want to Google the ingredients properly so I can make a homemade-but-​shortcut version. ​​
