Public viewing culture

I will be in Seoul next week and am considering watching the match Korea vs. Mexico, which is next Friday at 10 am, somewhere in a pub or wherever there’s public viewing etc. However, 1 already have an appointment at an orthopedic clinic. Do you think it’s worth it to reschedule my appointment and go watch the match instead? Rescheduling will be hard, and I already have limited time, that’s why I’m contemplating.

As someone from Germany, a football nation, where we tend to go all out during the World Cup, I would really like to experience a Korean World Cup match.
Especially since I know football is also a big thing in Korea, and there is a lot pride for the national football team. Can someone tell me if public viewing is a thing? For this year’s World Cup at least? In Seoul, but elsewhere, too? Where did you watch the Korean-Czech game, which started at 11 am as well?
