Pan-Seared Korean Pork Belly (Samgyeopsal) with Garlic

Made Korean-style pork belly at home tonight.

Started by placing thick-cut pork belly in the pan and rendering the fat first, flipping it slowly to get an even sear on all sides. Once it started to crisp up, I added whole garlic cloves and let them cook in the pork fat.

Served it with fresh lettuce and ssamjang for wraps—simple but incredibly satisfying. The garlic in the pork fat took it to another level
