Please excuse me if this is the wrong place for the following question. I have looked around, but have not found any answers in your rules for better places, nor in the most frequently asked questions.
Regarding North Korean soldiers in Europe, specifically Ukraine; how can it be that Korean society accepts this so easily, or even refuses to send support or intelligence groups to Ukraine? I am not at all familiar with your society, dynamics or culture, but it seems abstruse to me that it is simply accepted that a self-declared enemy (as far as I know, North Korea is still striving for violent annexation) can gain combat experience and that this is simply tolerated. In the long term, North Korean troops in Europe pose a greater threat to Korea and local allies than to Europe, not to mention the strategic alliance with Russia.
How can it be that democratic countries allow dictatorships to dance around their noses like this? Please help me to better understand your society in this regard. Thank you.
