Muldakgalbi - water dakgalbi

Muldakgalbi from Taebaek. Unlike regular dakgalbi which is stir-fried, muldakgalbi is simmered, a bit like gukmul/gungmul tteokbokki.

I think there are like only 3 places in Seoul that serve this dish, but I took these photos in Taebaek.

Second photo is the “desert”, stir-fried rice. I burned the broth (I left the heat on too much) but it was still nice.
