Meeting friends in Korea

I am 25M and I will visit Korea alone in october/november. I would like to meet up people around my age (like 20-27) (I prefer Korean but foreigner is also fine). I am open to do various activities. I visited Korea before so this time is more about experience than places. I prefer some regular activity ( not like visiting touristy places like Myeongdong or Gyeongbukgung) maybe clubbing.I speak Italian,English and Serbian fluently but my Korean skills are really basic. What are best options to meet someone to spand time in real life (man or woman)or is thare any groups or apps for that. And I know that only cult members like to speak with strangers on streets.(so aproaching someon randomly in steet probably would be a bad idea) And I remember last time that Koreans had really poor english skills so i ask how likely is to meet someon local who is willing to interact with me in English ( i guess that probability of some local speaking any of other 2 language that i speak is close to 0)
