Made Sundubu Jjigae inspired by Queen of Tears – here’s my recipe! 🍲

Anyone else get hungry watching Baek Hyun-woo cook for Hong Hae-in in Queen of Tears? That bubbling pot of sundubu jjigae looked so comforting. I had to make it myself!

**Quick Recipe:**

**Ingredients:** – 1 package soft tofu (sundubu) – 100g pork belly, sliced – 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) – 1/2 onion, sliced – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1/2 zucchini, sliced – 2 cups anchovy broth (or water) – 1 tbsp fish sauce – 1 tbsp sesame oil – 1 egg – Green onions for garnish

**Instructions:** 1. Heat sesame oil + gochugaru in a stone pot until fragrant 2. Add pork and onion, stir-fry 2-3 min 3. Add garlic, then pour in broth + fish sauce 4. Add zucchini, then gently spoon in tofu chunks 5. Simmer 3-4 minutes 6. Crack an egg on top (don’t stir!) 7. Garnish with green onions, serve bubbling hot with rice

The key is using a ttukbaegi (Korean stone pot) – it keeps everything sizzling at the table!
