I went by Itaewon at about 7 and 11:30. The first visit it already seemed a bit crowded, and on the second visit I didn’t want to get closer. The most noticeable difference this year from the last two years is that way more businesses are decorated with Halloween stuff. Costumes were not that much more popular, although it seemed like more people were willing to go a little more macabre. The mood has changed, at least a little.
