I know they are excluded from the recent comeback due to the ongoing legal issues between SM and CBX, but are there any chances for them to participate in future promotional activities or fan meetings that might be held in 2026? As much as I want them to be back in EXO again, I’m pretty skeptical about this whole scenario. At the same time, I don’t want CBX to suffer any mistreatment by SM. I’ve seen a lot of knetz saying that it would be better if CBX gave up on the lawsuit against SM and just rejoined the group…but in my opinion, that would be pretty unfair, especially since SM didn’t pay CBX for their Japan tour. What seems fishy to me is that all six lawsuits CBX filed against SM were dismissed by the court and considered baseless. This makes me question the amount of power SM holds in the media. The worst part is that fans are dividing into two groups: one group supports OT6 and hates on CBX, while the other group hates on OT6 in return. I’m an OT9, and it’s just heartbreaking for me to see EXO breaking apart again. With all the possible scenarios, an OT9 reunion seems difficult for now. Still, I hope CBX and SM can find a mutual ground and settle on something that benefits both parties. I guess I diverted from the main topic 😭 What I really wanted to ask is whether EXO can have a comeback as OT9 again…not the recent one…since it’s already planned, but a future ot9 comeback?
