Par for course or unusual heat wave? I thought Tokyo was supposed to be a bit hotter than Seoul. But, I’m surprised that it’s much cooler all week.

Is it usually this hot this early in the summer? Seoul is in the 90F’s all week. But Tokyo and Shanghai / Beijing are all relatively cool in comparison. Why?
