I know that Korea is the most important market for K-pop. But how much more important is it compared to other markets?

What I mean to ask is, just how much time, money and energy do companies and idols spend in Korea compared to Japan, Chinese-speaking countries (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan), Southeast Asia, and the rest of the world? This probably varies by company, so I am asking in a general sense, what is the importance that companies place on the Korean market compared with other countries? What would a pie chart of this look like? Would Korea be 50% of the pie? Or is it something different?
