How to explain High Masking Autism to Korean Parents?

I have not been diagnosed but am very certain that I am autistic. But, i am very high masking and appear “social” also as I am conventionally attractive my “autistic traits” get framed as “quirky” or “mysterious”. My parents have always said I was a very sensitive and difficult child and they still think that I am just a very “sensitive person”.

I have lived abroad all my life and am more comfortable speaking in english, my close friends / past partners who I have told that I think im autistic all were not surprised based on the things i say and do and act (small group of people that i am extremely comfortable with). That being said I really want to explain this to my parents without them thinking I am crazy or talking nonsense as the perspective on autism is not great and knowledge is more shallow to the general public in my opinion (especially for my parents generation). Is there any stories of people who have successfully explained it to their parents? Or any suggestions?
