How do some k-pop idols diss their companies/entertainments without getting sued?

Many idols would create statements that may criticize or shade their company on live or on variety shows. I am wondering why many idols could stay in their company for a long time even though you could get sued for that. And for me, it seems impossible that directors and CEOs are unable to notice it, but, maybe it isn’t really a big deal for them or it isn’t considered a violation in their contract or maybe they’re more scared of losing their idols and it isn’t as easy as it seems. I’m not 100% sure about that and I’m open to other discussions. You guys can evaluate it.
