How can Kpop be popular in the Western world like in BTS/Blackpink prime again?

I just saw Adela getting 2 top 5 hits on Spotify Global, and was thinking about how the Dream Academy show, a show created by a Kpop company, created Katseye and has ex-contestant Adela which are doing really well in America and the Western world, while most 4th gen and 5th gen groups are not really making much noise at all. Compared to in 2018-2020, where BTS and Blackpink felt like big breakthrough moments and was hyped by Western celebrities, making noise at Coachella, many people talking about Kpop,… 4th gen never had these big moments in the Western world, some groups like Ive/Aespa seemed like they gained traction in the West at some points but then nothing else happened. With 5th gen starting, do you think Kpop can ever have those explosive popular moments in the West like in BTS/Blackpink prime again or is it almost impossible now?
