I am from India, and only today found out we share a common Independence day.

There was a lady that made a similar type of post congratulating Indians on our Independence day, so I thought to keep the chain reaction of kindness going.

I have two absolute things I love: Fried Chicken and Manhwa.

I felt transcended when I tried the Fried Chicken for the first time, I have tried many country’s dishes but the first time I found a taste that I could rank as my favorite with my preferable level of spice. The taste really hit, I haven’t had any other foreign food surpass that feeling for me.

Manhwa, because of this I have stopped watching movies, I recently did go to watch the spiderman movie, and I guess you can say that my brain has been lift to a higher level of entertainment, I didn’t felt entertained after watching it, the trailer also gave away so much. I will say 90 percent of it is repetitive and boring, with Solo Leveling and Revenge type stories, but the 10 percent that hit feels different. The Breaker, Legend of the Northern Blade, Bastard, Pigpen, Absolute regression, Myst Might Mayhem are the few I can name on top of my head as the best ones I have read. I seriously feel glad I was able to enjoy these before dying. I have learnt quite a lot about the country just by reading then Manhwas.

We do have similarities history in terms of getting repressed by our colonisers but maybe in present times too, I saw an author quoting in his Manhwa that whenever Politicians and Businessman join hands , people of Korea have suffered something like that, and also one more thing, there are people in my country also giving the hardest entrance Exams in their high school years, and yeah some of them unalive themselves, I was also preparing for that type of exam in my country and I know how it terrible it feels, I didn’t do anything serious to myself but my best friend did, fortunately he did not suffer serious injuries, or he could have lost his right hand for life. I meant to describe in this paragraph similarities in our struggles too.

I just felt like saying it, but thanks again friends

Happy Independence day to the both of us.
