When I was in South Korea I fell in love with the “ade” drinks which are basically just fruit syrup and sparking water. I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of syrup they use or if it’s something else like marmalade. I was planning on getting a lemon Monin syrup to try and recreate the drink at home, but I’m worried it won’t taste the same as what I had there.
