Listen, I know you all want the best for your favorites and you all have cool ideas, but you are not part of the team that works with idols….. I think this needs to be said because some of you act like you are idol managers, creative directors and you are not… those kind of decisions are not in your hands. The only thing you can realistically do is listen to their music.
I know this “kpop fandoms bully companies until they do what they want is partially true” but there are companies, idols and groups that you can’t do that to… they just don’t care or ignore it. You all complain too much about everything “the tiktoks are boring” “the music is lame” ” the companies don’t give a single to my fav they are mistreating him” “the promo is outdated” ” my fav should leave that company, that company is sabotaging him” ” I want playlisting” “I want pay views” the obsession with micromanaging everything idols do is disturbing…. I’m sorry but it’s not normal and it’s something you don’t see with non-idol artists…. why is that? Don’t you think some of the things idols do (especially veteran idols or extremely popular idols) are their decisions… they need to approve everything their team comes up with, some of the things you despise are their decisions, they choose to do it.
I don’t want to mention idols here but I remember these idols saying explicitly that they don’t want a solo or this other idol who thought that an album without a CD would be ok…. or the idol who decided to stay in her company even if she sometimes overshadowed them, idols are adults and professionals people should remember that. They all make decisions and accept stuff ( specially the old idols)
My advice is to enjoy the music and let the company and the artist do their job as they want.
Fans complaining about “the bad treatment” their favorites get is probably something that is not important to your idols, they probably don’t even consider it mistreatment. Keep that in your mind
What do you think about this?
