Examples of Han (한/恨, the cultural concept)?

I came across the concept of Han), which some say is an essential element of Korean culture, while others say it is a modern concept made during the occupation.
It seems from the wiki that the concept is pretty much resentment towards oppressors and more broadly fate/the world, but has some positive connotations to it that I can’t seem to grasp; is it that the resentment fuels growth and resilience?
Do any of yall have examples of Han that you experienced in Korea or through interacting with Korean people that illustrates the concept well? Thank you in advance
