Yesterday I tried to order a SIM through Chingu Mobile and selected March 14th (today) as the date I wanted it to be delivered. I took the photos of my passport they requested in order to complete the purchase but at the end of the process this message showed up and I couldn’t complete the payment. However (first picture) this is what appears in ‘My orders’ section, and I’m confused as I don’t know if its really being delivered or what because I haven’t received anything.
