Hey I’m currently part of the 1st-gen Digital Korea Tourism Ambassador team for Gangwon Province, and I just brought some worth going restaurants in Gangneung, coastal city in Gangwon. Idk if you’ve ever tried this, but the tofu here is made with natural seawater, super soft and fresh, and locals have turned it into some really creative dishes.
