I recently discovered that spotify lets you adjust the audio setting while streaming—which I very much did not know. You see, I love listening to vocal heavy music of NCT Dream because have you heard my youth? I think ever since I started stanning over EXO since the exotic days, I just loved the vocals that every SM artists have to offer.
I recently played it after focusing on the vocal booster settings and also applied it to my sony headphones. Girl, the vocals were everything!
I don’t know the right term but you hear the members, heavy on Jeno’s tone, when he harmonizes with I think was Chenle’s part like the low tone, WOW? Plus, hearing more of Jaemin’s low tone vocals with Renjun too makes you realize that these members really complement each other’s vocal range. In the bridge part, 이들고 도는 part where we hear Chenle and Mark harmonizing like superb! They just harmonize their vocals so well.
For the settings: I disabled mono audio and chose vocal booster as the equalizer, and I think I heard the angels sing?!
Either way, I think with SM Entertainment artists, they never fail with ballad & vocal centric songs.
Try listening to cosmic, rainbow, long slow distance, and let me in too because I love the way they produced these songs too! It’s such a treat for the ears!
