“Pinterest Luv” – The Song and Music Video
“Pinterest Luv (feat. Moon Sujin)” is Nam Seongmo’s first solo digital single released on August 29, 2025. This release is part of a relay music project by 82MAJOR members, aiming to show their individual musical identities prior to their new album. The song stands out with its dreamy Hip-hop/R&B vibe, co-written and composed by both Nam Seongmo and Moon Sujin, underlining a heartfelt love narrative.
The lyrics express the captivating emotions of falling deeply for someone, with lines such as “Falling for you all day” and “Can’t stop the scrolling in your feed all day,” painting a picture of infatuation and affectionate obsession typical in a digital age where social media plays a big romantic role. The phrase “Save you in my heart so only I can see” encapsulates the intimate private feelings behind the public display, which adds to the song’s charm.
The music video complements the dreamy atmosphere of the song. Filmed separately in Los Angeles and Seoul, it shows Nam Seongmo and Moon Sujin in two distant locations but visually connects them through split-screen effects and mood board elements inspired by the Pinterest aesthetic. This technique gives the illusion of closeness despite physical distance, emphasizing longing and emotional connection.
The song and video were teased with mood board-style images and clips designed to embody the Pinterest concept, building anticipation among fans. The project is notable as part of a series where 82MAJOR members individually showcase their musical styles ahead of the group’s new album, which is relatively rare for rookie groups and well-received by audiences.
Fans have positively received “Pinterest Luv” for its fresh sound and the emotional delivery of both artists. The unique visual style of the video and the synergy between Nam Seongmo’s rap and Moon Sujin’s vocals have been praised for creating a sensory, immersive listening experience. The song marks an important step in Nam Seongmo’s solo artistry outside the group context, with fans eager to see more individual expressions from 82MAJOR members as part of this relay project.
