- Oh the Anticipation!Ppong-namu, and daechu start the broth for garlic stuffed Cornish game hen that will be tonight’s dinner. A variation of samgyetang, substituting game hens for young chicken. Ppong-namu is mulberry tree and we are using mulberry trimmings from our tree. The daechu, (jujubes) are store bought.
