Is this stand in front of Seoul station the whole year, 24/7?

I was in South Korea for about a month, and each time I travelled through Seoul station I ran into this big religious stand in front of it’s main entrance.

It was rather shocking to see a huge banner that says “homosex out” on full display every single day in front of Seoul’s main public transport hub (given its size and location, I imagine that the stand is authorised to be there, and that there’s no law banning hate speech in Korea).

I’m wondering if this was a temporary religious demonstration, or it’s always there…
