My favorite korean BBQ restaurant closed! This was the tray of sides they brought out. I think the bottom is kimchi, then bean sprout (salad?), upper left is cumber salad, the top was like a mayo salad, but the one on the upper right was SO GOOD…. It was like sweet and thin, maybe like fried tofu? I don’t know. Whatever the middle is is so good, almost like pickled ginger but its not ginger!
