With IOI’s reunion and Wanna One basically doing the same thing (except without releasing any music), I think chances are for an Izone reunion exist. In terms of likelihood, I think its low for all members, but medium to high for at least a majority to join. Chances for each member imo are:
High Likelihood:
- Eunbi: As a soloist, Eunbi has alot of free reign, similar to how Chungha, Somi, and many of the other IOI girls. Woolim also isn’t weird about sharing their artists with other companies, so I doubt this would be an issue (they might be a bit cautious since Chae-won ended up leaving them for HYBE, but I doubt they’d care)
- Minju: Yes, she’s busy and has totally shifted her career to acting. But this girl loves Iz*ONE. She’s like how Lay is to EXO, no matter how far she has gone from the group, I think she’ll always be down for anything (even in a limited capacity)
- Yujin and Wonyoung: Bundling them together since they’re under Startship. As we can see with Yeonjung, they are fine with a reunion group. I get that IVE are basically booked and busy, but if both girls push for it, I don’t think Starship will say no
Medium Likelihood:
- Yuri: Depends on any filming schedules, given this year alone she’s quite booked
- Hitomi: Depends on the schedule with her group
Low Likelihood:
- Chaewon and Sakura: I have doubts that HYBE would let them do a reunion
- Yena: Even if she wanted to, and she probably does, Yuehua is notriously a greedy company. They are so greedy they literally pulled a boy from a group, only to discard him. I have serious doubts she’d be allowed to do a reunion
- Nako: She has a succsful career in Japan. I don’t think she will have the time to be able to manage everything together, given she’s booked and busy in a totally different country
Unknown (High if they want to, Low if they don’t)
- Chaeyeon: I think the ball’s entirely in her court and whether she wants to or not. Given how she withdrew from Queendom, I can’t place her at a high likelihood, as she just may not want to be in a girl group anymore
- Hyewon: Hyewon was great in Iz*One, but unlike Minju, she hasn’t been as vocal about going back, which is totally fair (even during Produce she wasn’t that into it either). I think the ball’s in her court, but I don’t think she has any desire to go back to being an idol
