Bulgogi (literally meaning “fire meat”) is one of Korea’s most legendary marinated dishes. Sweet, savoury, garlicky and packed with flavour. This time, I turned it into a Bulgogi Burger 🍔🔥 Juicy double meat patties, caramelised beef with that signature marinade, layered into a soft bun.
