Their sundae gukbap (Korean blood sausage soup) hits every time—rich, savory broth with tender pork and soft sundae packed with glass noodles. The best part is you can customize it how you like: add salted shrimp, chili paste, or extra green onions to level it up. It’s one of those meals that’s super comforting, especially on a cold day or when you just want something filling. If you’ve never tried sundae before, don’t let the name scare you—it’s way more approachable than it sounds and seriously addictive.
