I’ve purchased this brand once in the past – it was good that time. No large jars of kimchi were available so I grabbed a box. When I unpacked it at home to put in jars it was kinda tannish-grey, and not at all crisp. The taste was not great, not spicy enough at all. Feels like it was stored improperly for too long. I was at this store a week earlier and they had nothing, so it hadn’t been on their shelves for too long. Can’t find the sell/use by date anywhere.
