Hi guys, I just wanted to talk about 2 of my weird experiences with Kpop fans… First of all, I am a an Army (I also Stan/listen to multiple other groups), but my weird experiences were only with 2 Armys I knew.
This interaction just felt like she saw me as a side quest but never a good friend. I just don’t get why she got so offended over this anniversary thing and what “being independent” has to do with it or having facebook/twitter.
- It was very disturbing. I got a request on Instagram for a chat. This Army told me that she likes my posts and I replied with “Thank you”. After that, she suddenly started to ask me what my name etc. is and wanted to be friends with me. I accepted a friendship and then she wanted me to join a very very weird group. She said, this group would be about a guy who told her, that Armys are weak. She didn’t like that and got together with some other Armys in a group with this guy to show him, that Armys aren’t weak. I got into this group just because I was curious and I wanted to see how weird this group can be, but it was so weird and I just regret the whole start of this interaction. 😭 They wanted me to call him a dog and that he should call us Armys in that group “majesty” and so much more 💀I immediately left this group… if you see such a group, be careful! Did someone else experience that? They said, I shouldn’t report them, talk about this group etc. but this must be said. It is just weird and disturbing. They also had a bunch of other rules.
It is a lot, but I like to hear about other opinions on that or if others had similar experiences. These 2 fans were only Armys, but that doesn’t mean that every Army is like that. There are plenty kind Armys out there 🙂
Edit: I posted this for the second time here because my first post got over 10 downvotes. I don’t know why, because I don’t want to harm anybody with that. I just shared 2 of my experiences and wonder if these are really weird, others had same experiences, etc. I don’t think they were bad people, it is just sad for who they turned out to be in the end.
