Microwave Korean egg Souffle

My mom is Korean. When I was younger (preteen/teen) my mom used to make this egg Souffle type thing in the microwave and it was SO good… But now neither of us can remember what was in it! Can anyone help? I’ve looked up some recipes but they all have more ingredients than ours was. I think it was just a couple of eggs and a little water, whisked together. A little sesame oil, maybe a pinch of msg or salt? And a pinch of red pepper flakes…. Nuke it for a couple of minutes and it was so good! I think I’m missing something else but my brain is failing me. I don’t care for green onions or regular onions so I know she didn’t use any of that, no other veggies either. Served with rice it’s such a quick easy comfort food! (I want to add, money was tight back in those days, so it was inexpensive too, used stuff we had on hand nothing fancy, aside from the sesame oil, but we always have that on hand!).
