A pork soup restaurant that’s been featured in the Michelin Guide for several years

It’s called “Gwanghwamun Gukbap” and apparently, they’ve been getting the Michelin sticker for years now.

Unlike typical pork soup, their broth is exceptionally clear and clean.

It might taste a bit mild or even slightly bland to some, but it’s not greasy at all — very light and refreshing.

If you mix rice into the soup and eat it with kkakdugi (radish kimchi) and ojingeo jeotgal (fermented squid), it tastes amazing. The dumplings are also huge — tightly packed and full of savory flavor.
