Cooking meals in the rice cooker?

So I’ve experimented a couple times with rice cooker bibimbap and each time it hasn’t come out right: meat not cooked all the way, rice super mushy but undercooked under the meat, etc etc. I’m cooking with 2 cups rice + water to correct fill line, usually .80 – 1lb meat, carrots, bean sprouts, and spinach. I also try not to overfill it and don’t jam pack everything in there.

Does the steak need to be shaved? Wrong cook setting? Should I cook the meat separate? What am I doing wrong?

This is the cut of meat I’m using, and this is my rice cooker, I just set it to white rice.
