For a company that went out of there way to recruit Sakura for the jpn-market they haven’t wow’ed me in how they do their Japanese cb’s/promos

Idk if you guys keep up with Japanese releases but I do because sometimes they release pretty solid stuff, like TWICE, ITZY and IVE release really good solid tracks.

But I’ve been casually keeping up with lsfm’s Japanese cbs because the b-sides are really good; Choices, Jewelry and Star Signs.

There MVs for the b-sides are more like performance videos, the KR -> JPN MVs aren’t stellar either, they make the members wear bright color clothing to suit the JPN market when there songs aren’t bright colored song at all.

For an example for there UNFORGIVEN JPN MV, they had the members wear pink and dance on a dark bridge which was a stark contrast to the original MV where they wore dark clothes because it suited the vibe of the song.

And then their jpn’s comebacks always seem rushed and lackluster, and for some reason lsfm’s company does the old method by doing the KR track -> translate to JPN which doesn’t make sense because lsfm’s KR titles always do good there anyway, meanwhile other companies are making original tracks in mini albums, lsfm hasn’t even had a proper mini in that market yet.

They also haven’t utilized Sakura’s popularity there at all, there just now trying to promote her there after almost 3 years, they also haven’t booked them for a Tokyo Dome and have selected questionable sized venues for the group. For there group size in Japan they should’ve been booked after 2yrs, it seems like their company is sort of holding them back.

It makes me wonder why did BangPD go out of his way to make sure Sakura got in the company with the excuse of capturing the Japanese market, when they haven’t done much for her in Japan anyway, they haven’t done anything for Kazuha there either and I’m sure she was recruited for that market as well.
