White person working as a server in Korean restaurant?

I’ve been out of work for a couple of months, and my roommate essentially got me an interview at the Korean restaurant she works at (under the table, she can’t work officially on her visa. Restaurant employs many people this way). I’d be the only white person working there which isn’t a problem for me, but I worry about being inadequate to handle the job because I don’t speak Korean/aren’t familiar with Korean food outside the things I’ve eaten at the occasional restaurant.

What are your thoughts on how I should prepare for the job, or even if I should take it? ie. how to address managers, how to quickly learn some Korean (and what I should learn), memorizing the menu, etc.
