I’ve tried both shown in the images. One seems fresher with more of an earthy taste and one was a little overly fermented but to be fair I’m not exactly sure what kimchi is supposed to taste like as I have never had it before. The better one did not have fish paste so I feel it’s still missing the ideal flavor. Which brand is best for flavor & texture? submitted by /u/GeneralIron3658 |
