Hi everyone! I recently flew with Korean Air and loved the food. One specific side dish caught my attention because it balanced the flavors and helped in making me not be fed up with the meal ). It isn’t listed on their website or the in-flight menu, and I’m not sure if it’s even a traditional Korean dish.
