I had this korean lunch box thing at a restaurant, and i got the vegetarian option and this was one of the things included. I want to make it at home but I dont know what its called or if it has a name? It’s basically tofu and vegetables. But the tofu isnt firm, it hollow and crispy, and was a bit like a tater tot.
