What is “goji wanja jeon”?

I’m cooking from a new cookbook (not Korean, but it has one Korean recipe) which is called “goji wanja jeon”. It’s basically pork and vegetables patties which have been dusted in flour and dipped in egg before frying.

I have searched google and can find lots of recipes for “wanja jeon”, but I’m not sure what the “goji” might mean in this recipe?

Do you think it’s just a transliteration on the author’s part and should be “gogi” (meat) or is there some other food-related meaning for “goji” that I’m missing?

Thank you!
