What are your thoughts on having a large number of producers/writers being involved in a track?

In recent years of K-pop, we’ve seen more and more tracks being made with a large number of producers and writers involved. Nowadays, it’s common for a song to have six, seven, or eight composers, and in an extreme case, Illit’s Do the Dance had 18 credited contributors.

Some might argue that having more people on a project can lead to a more refined track, while others may say it risks losing cohesiveness. What are your thoughts? Do you prefer the current trend of many producers collaborating on a song, or do you think fewer contributors make for a stronger result?
