I had nuringji ori baeksuk (누룽지오리백숙) in Korea, it was amazing!!!!!! It’s a whole duck boiled in a super rich broth, and at the bottom, there’s crispy scorched rice that soaks up all the flavor. The meat was tender, the soup was savory, and the nurungji gave it this unique texture that felt both crunchy and soft.
