Today’s banchan: simple radish namul

Made a very simple Korean banchan today — radish namul. Just shredded radish, a little water, perilla oil, garlic, salt, and sesame seeds at the end. Nothing fancy, but this kind of side dish always feels comforting. It’s especially good eaten with a bowl of rice. Thought I’d share 🙂
